Stephen Merz is the store manager of a Trek Direct Owned Store located in Grosse Pointe Woods. He and his wife are natives and after living in several bicycle friendly cities around the U.S. they have settled in the suburbs of Detroit to raise their family.  He is actively participating in multiple community initiatives for MTMCA as well as a Neighborhood Club Instructor.  He and Marco connected over their passion for bicycles as not only a mode of transportation but a means to improve health, create meaningful relationships, and gain financial relief.
